PUBLIC OFFER

This document is a public offer of AXYC.ai, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", and defines the rules for participation of individuals and legal entities in the referral program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program").

Participation in the Program means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Program — a reward system for users who attract new clients to the website https://axyc.ai
• Referrer — a user who invited a new client using a unique referral link.
• Referral — a user who registered via a referral link and made a purchase.
• Level 1 Referrals — referrals directly invited by the Referrer.
• Level 2 Referrals — referrals invited by Level 1 users.
• Reward — the amount accrued to the Referrer in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

2.1. The Referrer receives:

• 8% of the amount of each purchase made by a Level 1 referral;
• 4% of the amount of each purchase made by a Level 2 referral.

2.2. Rewards are accrued in AXYC utility token.

2.3. Rewards are credited only after confirmation of the transaction and in the absence of grounds for its cancellation (refund, chargeback, fraudulent activity, etc.).

2.4. Information about accrued rewards is displayed in the user's personal account.

3.1. Only registered users of the website https://axyc.ai may participate in the Program.

3.2. The following actions are prohibited:

• creating multiple accounts for personal gain;
• registering oneself or close relatives as referrals ("self-referrals");
• using spam, aggressive, or misleading promotion methods;
• distributing referral links on resources that violate applicable law.

3.3. In case of violation, the Company may:

• cancel accrued rewards;
• temporarily restrict or permanently block the account;
• deny further participation in the Program.

4.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 AXYC.

4.2. Payouts are made upon request to account.

4.3. All transfer fees may be deducted from the payout amount.

4.4. The user is solely responsible for paying taxes and fees in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

5.1. Rewards are not accrued for the Referrer's own purchases.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals at any time and to cancel rewards in case of violations.

5.3. The Company is not responsible for:

• Internet or hardware failures;
• delays or inability to accrue rewards for reasons beyond the Company's control;
• any potential losses incurred by the user in connection with participation in the Program.

6.1. The Company collects and processes participants' personal data solely for the purpose of operating the Program, accruing and paying rewards, and complying with legal requirements.

6.2. Processed data may include: name, email address, account details, payment information, IP address, transaction history, and any other data voluntarily provided by the user.

6.3. The Company undertakes to:

• not share personal data with third parties without the user's consent, except where required by law or necessary to fulfill Program obligations (e.g., payment processing);
• take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from leaks, unauthorized access, or misuse.

6.4. Participants have the right to:

• request a copy of their personal data stored by the Company;
• request correction or deletion of data if it is inaccurate or no longer required for the Program;
• withdraw their consent to data processing.

6.5. In case of withdrawal of consent, participation in the Program may be terminated, as reward accrual and payouts would be impossible without data processing.

6.6. The Company may store personal data for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill Program obligations, but no longer than required by applicable law.

7.1. The Company has the right to unilaterally amend the Program terms (including reward size, accrual and payout procedures).

7.2. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the website https://axyc.ai

8.1. This Offer is governed by general principles of international private law and is not limited to the legislation of a particular country.

8.2. The participant agrees that participation in the Program is at their own risk.

8.3. Participation in the Program constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Offer.
